We accept all major forms of Credit Card (AMEX, Discover, Visa, Mastercard etc.), Paypal, Check and/or Money order are accepted via mail.

What form of shipping do you use?

Here at Dale’s we use FedEx Shipping (USPS for small items.) We pride ourselves on our quick shipping and attention to packing detail. All shipping prices posted are for the Continental United States.For Hawaii/Alaska and International shipping please contact us for a quote.

Do you accept Trade In/Used Gear?

We do! Our store policy dictates that we must have the gear in store to give quotes out, please feel free to contact us with any questions that you may have on Used gear.

Do you ship to APO/FPO Addresses?

Yes, please contact us for an estimate!

I ordered an item but did not receive tracking information.

Please contact us directly at the shop or email our Shipping Manager for any track/shipping needs.

I do not see an item I'm looking for on your website, can I still order it?

Yes you can, just because its not on the site doesn’t mean we can’t get it. As long as it’s from one of our manufacturers we can get it. Just give us a call and we can get you an ETA and order it!

I'm being charged an "insurance fee" on my purchase, what is that?

The Insurance fee is to cover FedEx insurance to make sure your purchase gets to you intact with the option for damage claims on product.

What is Minimum Advertised Price?

Manufacturers set a standard for pricing for all dealers to follow. This is a federal ruling and is followed by Dale’s Drum Shop. For further questions, please contact us directly.

Due to pricing policies from certain manufacturers we are not aloud to post the prices of items, feel free to contact us direct for any concerns on this.

Do you accept returns?

Contact us within 5 days of receiving your item(s) if you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason. We’ll do our best to make it right. Returns are not accepted without prior authorization and item(s) authorized for return must be returned in original, unused condition with all original packages, packaging material and proof-of-purchase. If a returned item’s original shipping to you was paid by Dale’s (free shipping). That amount will be deducted from refund or exchange credit.
