This boom arm has a ratchet cymbal tilter.

Boom arm is 14 1/2in. long 7/16in. knurled solid steel

Downtube is 14 1/2in. long and 3/4in. diameter.

3/4in. downtube fits multi-camps, rack clamps, and many manufacturers’ upper cymbal stand tubes to convert a straight stand into a boom stand.
