This is a quick release utility memory lock.

It is sturdy metal construction.  It will adjust to fit multiple diameter downtubes from 5/8 inch to 1 inch.

It is 3 1/4 in. long and 1 1/4 in. high.

Carriage bolts and wing nuts are 8mm threaded steel.

This is a useful height memory lock clamp for bass drum tom holders and some models of throne bases.
