Ludwig factory replacement part.

Part number PLH1038 Plastic Sleeve.

This will fit the Atlas Classic flat base LC16HH and the Atlas Pro LAP16HH Hi Hat Stands.

It measures 2 and 3/16 inches in length.

It's inside diameter will accommodate a 7mm diameter upper pull rod.
