The perfect ratio of walnut to birch produces a superior quality of low-to-mid frequency warmth that perfectly complements the clear attack and higher frequency projection of birch. The sound is familiar, yet distinctively different from Starclassic sounds of the past.

Shell is 7 inches in depth x 8 inches in diameter, and is 6mm, 4ply European Birch + 2 inner ply American Black Walnut.
