This will work for a tom or snare but was designed for a 12 in. snare used with Tama's Air Ride Snare Stand. That's why it has the long support post on the back.
It includes the mounting bracket with memory lock and Hoop Grips to fit triple-flanged hoops. If you want to use it on a Starcast hoop just use it without the Hoop Grips.
Mounting bracket is standard 10.5mm and includes memory lock.
