This is a snare drum Lug for 6in. deep Starphonic Snare Drums.

The lug casing mounts on 70mm (2 3/4 inch) centers.  Standard for 6x14 Starphonic snares.

It includes the gaskets.  The manufacturer does not include the mounting screws.
