This is a great companion for the Grombal Cymbal Protector (sold separately).

Used on it’s own, the CymbalChief creates a flexible, stable rest for your cymbal that reduces the muffling that cymbal felts can create.

The deck of the CymbalChief is ribbed so there is minimal contact with the cymbal allowing for virtually no dampening of the cymbal tone.

The newly designed deck also has a small countersink to receive a cymbal sleeve if you prefer.

When used with the Grombal you can completely eliminate the need for any other pieces (felts, wing nuts, sleeves, washers) on your cymbal post.

Though the Grombal works just fine on it’s own, The CymbalChief creates a flexible platform for the Grombal to rest upon and also raises your cymbal on the cymbal post so there is less threaded post above your cymbal.

CymbalChief is 1in. tall and 1.5in. diameter.

Inside diameter of hole is just under 8mm so it will not slip off of most cymbal stands.
