Drum Sizes (depth x dia): Bass Drum: 18×22, Toms: 8×10, 9×12, Floor Toms: 14×16. 100% Maple HVX shell construction. Set comes with 3 Floor Tom Legs. Any stands, snare drum, or cymbals pictured are available but not included.

Handcrafted in their California Custom Shop, these drums feature 100% North American Maple shells designed for exceptional versatility across genres, both live and in the studio.

Constructed with HVX (horizontal-vertical-diagonal) SSC grain orientation, the shells deliver a low fundamental, punchy attack, and classic warm tone.

Toms and bass drum are built from 8 plies of Hard Rock Maple with 45°/60° back-cut bearing edges, while snares feature 10 plies with a 45° edge for added cut and projection.

Performance Series drums share many hardware details with the Collector’s Series, including Suspended Tom Mounts (STM), quarter-sized turret lugs, and triple-flange graduated counter hoops. Bass drums come with matching maple hoops and low-mass claw hooks, while all drums include DW’s True-Pitch tension rods for precise tuning.

With only a limited number produced, this kit is the sole Performance Series offering in the legendary Broken Glass finish, a collector-worthy instrument built to perform.
