SC-LRAC Clamp and L-Rod For Toms Cowbells.

This is a useful clamp assembly for mounting percussion off of a stand.

The steel L-rod is 12.7mm diameter on the side that fits into the multi clamp.  The other side of the L-rod is 9.5mm standard percussion size for cowbells, woodblocks, etc.  9.5mm will also fit Ludwig Classic Tom Brackets.

The multi clamp side adjusts to fit various diameter downtubes.  Both sides are ratcheting so exact positioning is a breeze.
