This tom is in very good condition – see photo’s..

It is missing the internal tone control.  The wrap is down tight and is in great condition.

It has both original Stick Saver Hoops.  Both of the heads are used.

The Black and Silver Niles Badge has Serial # 98778.

Other than the two mounting holes where the tone control would attach, there are no additional holes.
