Chrome finish.

This is from a long discontinued hi-hat to bass attachment.

It can also be used to mount newer cowbells, etc., that accept 10.5mm rods.

The long knurled side is 4 1/2 in. long.  The short knurled side is 3 in. long.

Smooth middle section is 6 1/4 in. long.
