This is the quick-release bottom nut for their QHC7 Quick-Set Hi Hat Clutch (Clutch not included).

The complete clutch (sold separately) utilizes this stopper to make set up and tear down a breeze.

Great for replacement or to have a spare handy.  The QHC7 Clutch only works with this stopper.
