This is a snare drum Lug for 7in. deep Starphonic Snare Drums.

The lug casing mounts on 96mm (3 3/4 inch) centers.  Standard for 7×14 Starphonic snares.

It includes the gaskets.  The manufacturer does not include the mounting screws.
