Vintage Tama Lever Lock Short Tom Arm.

This could be used with a round or hex 10.5mm L-rod (not included).

The downtube is 3/4 inch diameter and 5 inches long.

This was originally designed to be part of a bass drum double tom holder but can also be used with any multi-clamp for rack mounting or for mounting off of a cymbal stand.

It’s in excellent working condition.
